The codespace is in error when downloading the github cli #1

I've followed the instructions to create the codespace but it raises an error
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/cli/cli/': OpenSSL SSL_connect: Connection reset by peer in connection to github.com:443
Invalid CLI_VERSION value: latest
Valid values:

and starts in recovery mode
