deploy.sh update?

Hi, hope youre doing well!

I cloned the repo and tried to deploy it via the DEPLOYMENT-GUIDE.md
I see in line 317 of deploy.sh:
local aoaiName=$(az cognitiveservices account list --query "[?contains(properties.endpoint, '$GRAPHRAG_API_BASE')] | [0].name" -o tsv)

this will list some services and than tries to find the openai endpoint?
It wasnt working for me so I changed the aoaiName to my openai service name and seemed to work. You might want to take a second look at it.
