HTTP Error 502.5 - Process Failure

Follow the tutorial, Upload image data in the cloud with Azure Storage.

Once on step, Upload an Image, trying to visit my app url returns HTTP Error 502.5 - Process Failure.

I believe that this is because this sample is expecting ASP.NET Core 2.0.0-preview2. I had the same error. I cloned, updated the project references to ASP.NET Core 2.0.0 and it deployed and ran on Azure OK.
