HANA Database Not Recognized

Dear Team,

We have registered an existing SAP System as VIS in ACSS. It's a non-production with SAP and DB running on one VM. ACSS was able to fetch information about App Server and ASCS But Database Status says Feature Not supported. It's a HANA Database system running on SPS7. Couldn't find any documentation or atleast logs to troubleshoot this further from my side. May be you can help me guiding how to fix this.
