so I think that the groupad01’s members should contain groupad02_id using "patch /rest/Groups/group_id" one by one, All members Like [tom1001_id, tom1006_id, grouad02_id], right? if not,what is the groupad01'members like?

I think you are asking the following question: “Given a group in Azure that happens to contain another group as a member, what should be expected in the calls out to my SCIM provider to populate the former (nesting) group?” The answer is that a single patch call can be expected, adding the identifier of the nested group as a member of the nesting group. The members of the nested group will not be added as members of the nesting group. Those should be added to the nested group via patch calls.
