Hello, I noticed that if you change your OS language to French in my example your DSC deployment will fail with the following error :

[ERROR] Importing module MSFT_ScriptResource failed with error - Cannot find the Windows PowerShell data file 'MSFT_ScriptResourceStrings.psd1' in directory 'C:\Windows\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\Modules\PSDesiredStateConfiguration\DscResources\MSFT_ScriptResource\fr-FR\

Is anyone had the problem before ?
If you check the folder you do have a folder called en-US, I suppose your get-culture should stay on en-US then.
