autorest.testserver 3.3.31 issues

I tried testserver 3.3.31 and found below operations are not supported in testserver 3.3.31. Those operations work in version 3.2.0.

OPTIONS /http/failure/client/400
OPTIONS /http/failure/client/403
OPTIONS /http/failure/client/412
OPTIONS /http/success/200
GET/paths/string/null/null

To owner, we can accept response of "this is expected". Just want to check if this is indeed expected.
