[acrquery] Extension overwrites `az acr -h` help text with extension help text

Describe the bug

$ az acr -h
...
az acr : Manage private registries with Azure Container Registries.
...

changes to

$ az acr -h
...
az acr : KQL querying against ACR content.
...

After installing the extension.

This was introduced on #5947 when the extension was created, this is the line driving the issue: de134b1#diff-8b094415b69ac7e16e3229ed142835a663dc5fae2d547210d83874a8140515d4R11
