az login using WAM fails

Describe the bug

Trying to login using the Web Account Manager fails with the below error message.

az login

Errors:

Unexpected exception while waiting for accounts control to finish: (pii). Status: Response_Status.Status_Unexpected, Error code: -1247023584, Tag: 528315211

az account clear
az login

Expected Behavior

A login window should appear allowing the user to enter their credentials.

Hi @MoMcheimech, one thing I would like to check before asking for more logs:
Are you still able to re-produce this issue if you are running in the non-admin powershell or not using "run as"?

Hi @MSamWils. No, I can only replicate it when I am running PowerShell as admin.
