Unable to login use az login. Tried all possible solutions posted on similar issues, so far no resultion #28264

Describe the bug
I am getting below error while running az login from command prompt.
ERROR: cli.azure.cli.core.azclierror: <urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x000001B7F0A4C610>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 11001] getaddrinfo failed
