az policy assignment create is missing metadata argument #30713
Description
az policy assignment create & az policy assignment update and are missing the metadata argument. This is necessary to provide, among else, the category information.
Azure PowerShell module (Az.Resources) cmdlet New-AzPolicyAssignment & Update-AzPolicyAssignment do provide the argument -Metadata
similar to issues #5798 & #10768
