Mysterious version of azure-cli-telemetry python module showing in ADO

Describe the bug

My ADO instance is showing a mysterious version of the azure-cli-telemetry python module that looks like it is coming from the pypl.org:

Is this known? Does anyone know what this version is and why my ADO instance thinks it is there and coming from pypl.org?
When I go to pypl.org, I do not see it.

We accidently published some packages with wrong version number, and we've removed it from pypi.

@evelyn-ys , @bebound . Thanks for the information. Would you have any ideas on how I could get rid of it within the "Upstream Version" section of my feed?
I ask because it is confusing to pip when it is installing some modules. It seems to "find" the version in the upstream version section of the ADO feed and assumes it is there to bring in to the real feed. However, it cannot and it breaks our builds like this:

Do you think this is something our ADO administrator could help with?
I've also found that this version of the module has been uploaded fully to other feeds too. And, I will need to ask my ADO administrator to somehow start deleting them?

Or, do you have any other ideas on how I could solve this? Thanks much!
