The cmdlet documentation is not precise enough for the ressource group. My architecture is made where the dev center is in one ressource group and the connection is is another ressource group. The cmdlet explanation on --resource-group should mention that it should reference the ressource group of the dev center. A support ticket was opened for that: #2505140050001141
