I cant start interactive session the other day it worked fine i uninstall/installed azure cli

Could you please try downloading the extension manually from the following link:
https://azcliprod.blob.core.windows.net/cli-extensions/interactive-1.0.0b1-py2.py3-none-any.whl
Then install it using the command: az extension add --source <wheel_path>?

If that doesn't work, please try the following command instead:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Azure\CLI2\python.exe -m pip install --target C:\Users\Rafae\.azure\cliextensions\interactive <wheel_path> -vv --disable-pip-version-check --no-cache-dir
