[Reference feedback]: Which API Version uses the `aro` command?

It would be nice to know which api version the az cli command aro is using.

I haven't seen anything in the code [0] about the api version similar to the terraform information https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/azurerm/latest/docs/resources/redhat_openshift_cluster#api-providers
