Pull Request Overview
This PR converts the CNI release pipeline to an ACN (Azure Container Networking) release pipeline by adding CNS (Container Network Service) builds and removing the CNS_VERSION variable dependency.
- Removes the CNS_VERSION environment variable from the pipeline
- Adds CNS build configurations for Linux (amd64, arm64) and Windows (amd64) platforms
- Extends the container image build matrix to include CNS alongside existing CNI builds
