Some message output by azure cli needed to be configurable

Currently during deployment by azd deploy, it shows

Deploying <service_name> 

Packaging service <service_name>. 

The service_name must be one word specified in azure.yaml. In my case, the name I use is api_and_frontend which is weird. It would be great if I can customize the whole sentence. Alternatively, consider support spacing on the name.

Hey @howieleung ! This is an interesting scenario. This isn't something that has come up before, and it isn't something we're considering in the near term. I'm converting this to a Discussion for community weigh-in.

The way I'm looking at this is that the service name is part of the CLI contract, for example: azd deploy app. Displaying the logical name in the output is extremely useful for these purposes. I would generally give the service names short and memorable. In our todo apps, we tend to use api and web.

In your particular case where it's a single server serving both client-side and backend API, I could see it named as app. Simplifying this could help with the display confusion in the meantime.
