Fix up Functions logo link paths across repos

Description

See Azure/azure-functions-vs-build-sdk#674 for details. In that PR I point out that at least 11 of our other repos need to be updated, following the restructuring that took place in #4466.

So this work item is to decide what we want to do across the repos. Either update all of them as Fabio and I have in our PRs, standardizing on pointing to a single file, or come up with another approach.
