Profile.ps1 not instrumented

Due to the current module structure + interaction with host, user code in profile.ps1 is not currently instrumented. Consider adding instrumentation for this to better align with App Insights logging experience

Additionally, we should investigate whether we need to instrument the import-module statement when a function definition is a function declaration in a .psm1 file
