[AKS] Add validation logic in client side

Description of the new feature

Need add validation logic in client side:

• Complexity for WindowsProfileAdminUserPassword
• WindowsProfileAdminUser and WindowsProfileAdminUserPassword must appear together
• NetworkPlugin must be azure if WindowsProfileAdminUser appears
• The length of Windows agent pool name cannot be longer than 6
• [Doc] the length of DnsNamePrefix’s value must be <= 9 if users plan to add windows container
