'Connect-AzAccount' command not recognized in Az.Accounts 5.3.0 #28555
Description
Description
We are installing Azure Powershell modules in a docker image. Recently, when we build the image and use it in our applications, it fails with "Connect-AzAccount: The term 'Connect-AzAccount' is not recognized as a name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or executable program.'
These are my dockerfile lines that are installing modules:

RUN pwsh -c Install-Module -Name Az.Sql -AllowClobber -SkipPublisherCheck -Force -RequiredVersion 4.5.0
When I uninstall 5.3.0 and force install 5.2.0, the command works:
