Currently there is no ability to pass specific session ids to the ServiceBusSessionProcessor. This puts it feature parity with .NET. See: https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-net/blob/main/sdk/servicebus/Azure.Messaging.ServiceBus/src/Processor/ServiceBusSessionProcessorOptions.cs#L158
