Describe the bug
azure-core removed six as a dependency in version 1.36.0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install azure-storage-blob==12.17.0. six is not installed as dependency
2. from azure.storage.blob import BlobServiceClient -> this immediately raises ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'six'

Expected behavior
For azure-storage-blob<=12.17.0, the dependency on azure-core should be locked to version <=1.35.1 to ensure the six module is included.

This change is intentional. We removed the dependency on the 'six' library some time ago to avoid installing unnecessary libraries by default. For reference, version 12.17.0 of azure-storage-blob was released two years ago.

Please upgrade your azure-storage-blob library or explicitly include the 'six' dependency in your project.
