NOTE: If you are experiencing issues allocating Ubuntu 16.04-LTS (such as seemingly infinite waiting for start task or start task failures) or start task failures on CentOS 7.3 on N-series VMs, then you should upgrade to this release. Issues in the underlying operating system updates have caused intermittent failures for provisioning these host operating systems. You may now specify a platform_image:version to lock your host operating system to a certain known version with this release.
