Success story with thisNamespace

Azure Data Factory has some well-known issues with global parameters and lastCommitId.

Those values are changed by Data Factory Studio users when they publish their work from collaboration branch. Using this namespace simplifies current workaround including but no limited to

• saving state with on pre-deploy and pass the state into deployment
• getting state on bicep module (this has potential issues on first deployment but @nullIfNotFound() changes this)

My current PoC for Data Factory AVM module: jikuja/bicep-registry-modules@49c7358

Now we just need to wait for GA.
