Bicep - Cast string to object - Adding firewall rules with several IPs from a string

1. I'm creating a sql and a web app
2. Then I want to add IP for the web app to SQL firewall

Don't know how to get the IP but I've treid to use Sql.properties.outboundIpAddresses then I get 6 IP addresses in return.

How can I cast that string into a object?

The output I get from web service / web app will be feeded into this ...

The syntax here is hard to read, however I was thinking we could chat in the other discussion about your overall solution then come back to resolve this after you have that figured out.
