The unofficial Bicep OpenVSX (Cursor, Windsurf) extension fails to launch

I installed the app and first thing I see is this error message.

Does this occur consistently:

Repro steps:

1. Seriously, just install the product with the most recent release of Cursor.

@joshholmes please note that the Cursor/Windsurf package you are installing (https://open-vsx.org/extension/chrisatwindsurf/vscode-bicep) is not an official release published by the Bicep team, or by Microsoft.

It looks like this was published from a fork of this repo under https://github.com/chrisgroks/bicep.

We'll reach out to the owner, to see if we can clarify this better.

I've published a new extension to https://open-vsx.org/extension/anthony-c-martin/vscode-bicep, which is just a mirror of this build, and will be kept updated with new Bicep releases.

@joshholmes, @syedmustafashaharc, @valtingojer, @JockeMCT, @carcaryn, @bradmca, @minman32, @junaids-lab, @MaxRude - tagging you all as you reported issues with this working in Cursor / Windsurf / Antigravity. Could you try this out and let me know if it's working?
