The Bicep parameters file generator should log path or name of the processed file, and not the Bicep.IO.FileSystem.FileSystemFileHandle implementation detail.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Ctrl + Shift + P > Bicep: Generate Parameters File
2. Select file, and bicepparam format
3. Go to Output panel:
