Please update Prometheus operator and Grafana to last version in kube-prometheus #7

Hello.
This is just a request to have the latest version of the Prometheus operator and Grafana that are proposed by the kube-prometheus project
In this repository, Prometheus is in version 2.42.0 and Grafana is in version 9.4.3.
When using directly kube-prometheus, we deploy Prometheus 2.50.1 and Grafana 10.4.0
Nevertheless, the versions in hack/prometheus work fine. So there is no a breaking issue.
Though, it can lead to conflicts if we are deploying other tools that embed the latest version of kube-prometheus.
Would it be possible to update the files in hack/prometheus to deploy the latest versions?
