Deletion of orphan propagated resource in member clusters

Hi
How does deletion work in case of resources created in member cluster by ClusterResourcePlacement?
I see from the logs, that the resources created is garbage collected. Is there a way to make sure these resources are deleted by member-agent?
Problem: The resource we are propagating is namespace. We have a webhook that blocks the deletion of namespace if there are some other resource object in that namespace. So the generic-garbage-collector tries to call delete and errors out due to validating webhook.
Is there a way member-agent can call this delete and propagate the error up to hub-cluster before deleting CRP?
