Request to add support for Raspberry Pi 5

It is likely that the Debian 11 branch in Raspi OS will not receive any updates/improvements after

Raspberry Pi OS will launch in mid-October [2023], and will be the sole supported first-party operating system for Raspberry Pi 5.

It would be really nice if customer projects going into production after this date would not have to be delivered with an obsolete OS as base.

Any update on this? Tried to build it on Debian 12 but no luck.
