Support for Debian 13

Debian 13 has been recently release and is the now the current stable version of Debian.

Please provide builds for Debian 13 arm64 and amd64

Not only arm builds; amd64 would be greatly appreciated as well.

The support period of Debian 12 seems awfully short at this point, considering any new development.
