Flat File support is too difficult to work with without a BizTalk background

We recently had a need to support flat file decoding in Logic Apps. While the ability to use legacy flat file schemas in Logic Apps is great, this presumes you already have working schemas and don't need to author from scratch. If you do have to author from scratch, this has several problems:

• information on flat files from the BizTalk community is starting to succumb to bitrot, people's blogs go offline and Microsoft community links are now broken
• the Enterprise Integration Tools don't work anymore, were never supported in other than VS2019, and have no support at all in VSCode
• There is essentially no documentation under the Logic Apps space on how to use the flat file schema wizard
• Flat File schemas have references to BizTalk all over the place, which modern Azure solutions have nothing to do with. This is arguably just presentational but is not a great look particularly for consultancies.
