SFTP connector - UTF8 encoding

We're using LogicApps standard and with the SFTP connector, I have no way of setting the encoding of a file I upload to an SFTP location.

As you can see, it goes up as 1252 (ANSI - Latin I) but I need it as UTF-8 and am unable to set it.
