Recurrence Trigger Unreliability in Logic App Standard: Missed Schedules, Incorrect Timings, and Duplicate Executions

We are experiencing critical reliability issues with a Recurrence (schedule) trigger in a Stateful Workflow within a Logic App Standard. The trigger fails to run at its scheduled time, executes at random incorrect times, and sometimes fires twice in quick succession, making it unusable for time-sensitive production workloads.

The Issue in Detail
The workflow is configured with a simple weekly trigger. However, its behavior is erratic.

Observed Behavior:

• Missed Schedules: The trigger misses its configured schedule. For a concrete example, on September 1st, 2025, the scheduled 7:00 AM run was completely missed.
• Incorrect Timing: Instead of running at the scheduled time, the trigger fires hours later at a random time. On the same day (Sept 1st), the workflow ran at 12:59 PM.
• Duplicate Executions: The most critical issue is that the trigger can fire multiple times for a single missed schedule. On Sept 1st, it ran twice back-to-back at 12:59:39 PM and 12:59:41 PM.
