Deploy a single-tenant (Standard Tier) Logic App without deleting the existing work flow

Hi All,
I'm deploying a logic app via Azure DevOps as a ZIP deployment. when i deploy then existing workflow runs are also treated as fresh deployment and all run history deleted with existing workflow.
can any one guide me how to deploy the new workflow without affecting the existing workflow. currently I am refering only this toolset. If there has another way please suggest me also. Thank you.
