LogicApp overview shows startime as GMT not local time

I thought this was an Azurite thing but they think it's a logicapps thing!

Basically if I create a workflow and debug/run it locally (using Azurite), then view the overview page of the runs, it shows them to me in GMT:

Is there any way to display this as local time, like the Azure portal does?
