Why I did it
Cisco-8800 Chassis:

MIGSMSFT-1262: Fixed kernel panic seen after reload
Fixed 100G/400G link SI parameters for Vanguard LC 88-LC-36FH-M. This fixes MIGSMSFT-1236: 400G DR4 Ethernet 120 port is always down on Vanguard Card.
