Our static web app can't be reached. Trying to redeploy results in We are currently experiencing problems communicating with our content server. Please try again later or file an issue if this behavior continues.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Try to load static web app
2. Try to re-deploy static web app

Expected behavior
Site loads and can be deployed
