GitHub action not adding comments to PRs

I created a new static web app today and none of the PRs have had the Static Web App comment added to them when the PR deployment is complete. This is different behavior than I'm used to with my other static web apps I have running. I see an error in the GH Action like this:

Deployment Complete :)
Visit your site at: https://calm-water-0dc55c31e-2.westus2.3.azurestaticapps.net/
Unexectedly failed to add GitHub comment.

Expected behavior
When a PR gets a deployment created, a comment should be added to the PR to view the site.
