says: "If you enable ARR affinity things go well."

We are running an Linux Docker Container over 3 Horizontal Scaling App Service Instances.
The Container contains a .Net 8 ASP.Net Core App.
The ASPNETCORE_FORWARDEDHEADERS_ENABLED Environment Variable is set and more importantly the Afinity is set.

We are still getting the "Data Protection Issue" randomly.
