"--rgb-text" does not properly colour message text

I have my rgb-text currently set to: "--rgb-text: 74, 255, 5;" which is similar to Terminal Green, visual example below.

This does not properly colour message text like it used to, which was yesterday.

It now defaults to white:

And no change I make to the file will turn it a different colour. I am unable to determine the source of this issue.
