TODO: transition notebooks in "jupyter" to "notebooks"

Need testing and we can also add as google colab.
Needs update due to error that seems to stem from the header not returning the same as it used to when the notebook was first developed.  It now includes the (units) as part of the header so the variable names like df['Chlorophyll'] give key errors.
