Add related resources to instruments

I have a publication that I added as a related resource for a dataset. https://www.bco-dmo.org/related-resource/787529. I just noticed that the same citation is listed in the description for the instrument “Underwater Vision Profiler” https://www.bco-dmo.org/instrument/605. Could we add related resources to instruments?
