As a data curator, I want to create a CurationEntry

The creation should be realized by using a web form. The data curator should be guided through that web form to get support and guidance. Additionally, the data curator should get feedback about wrong (non-correct) values (that might prevent the saving/storing of the form to create a curation entry). If everything is correct, the data curator should be able to store/save the form, which will result in the creation of a curation entry at the backend.

Curation Entry Form

• create the form
• validate the form (i.e. check the values)
• save/store the form (curation entry)
