As a user or data curator, I want to edit an existing a Note #20
Description
Sometimes, it is necessary to update an existing note because the text does not contain all information or spelling mistakes. In such cases, it is not a good approach to delete and re-create such notes. Additionally, to stay/leave the status is also not an option. For this reason, the editing is necessary.
Furthermore, there are some restrictions. Only the initial creator should be able to edit that note. The edit is restricted to the owner/creator, only.
