Add the ability to have normal nether alongside of the empty one

Configurable. If the normal nether will be enabled, when creating the nether world there's no need to apply a custom generator. Moreover, when teleporting to the nether, there won't be a need to generate the schematic. Furthermore, portals should function as in vanilla
