Limit of all entities

Hi! I just can't figure it out. Is it possible to make a limit for absolutely all mobs, and not for each one individually? In the config it would be something like this:

entitylimits:

• ALL:10

or
entitylimits:

• ENTITY:10

Is there such a possibility?
