Items Don't Transfer From Collection Chest to Hopper to Chest #291

Describe the bug
Whenever I drop items inside of the chunk where the collector is placed in, it scoops up the items but doesn't transfer them to the hopper beneath it and into the chest. I have to click inside of the hopper to update the items, then the items go inside of it from the Chest Collector.
To Reproduce
Place the Chest Chunk Collector down.
Then place a hopper beneath it, and a regular chest beneath that hopper.
Then drop an item in the chunk, the item will go into the Chunk Collector, but won't flow down into the chest - UNTIL you click in a slot inside of the Regular Chest or Regular hopper.
