Show all currently placed Loaders

It annoys me, that you can't see the time and position of the Loader, whithout being near it.
In my case, someone placed a loader near a spawner and now the Server is lagging.

So please add a Command, that opens an Inventory, where you can see the position, time and Name of the Person, who placed it.
A Command to toggle all loaders (pause and unload chunks, resume and load chunks) would also be helpful.

I hope it is doable.
